How to Make Meatloaf of Meatloaves

  • 1Please note that you only need the listed spices above IF you DO NOT have a mixed Italian Seasoning on hand; but you DO have the other seasonings.
  • 2Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Pour the evaporated milk into a small bowl, and put the bread pieces in to soak.
  • 3In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together with your hands until thoroughly blended, adding in the milk and bread at the end, when completely soaked.
  • 4Divide the meat mixture evenly between two prepared loaf pans and flatten the top with your hands. Bake for 1 hour.
  • 5Remove from the oven and place on a serving platter. You may want to garnish with steamed vegetables. Excellent served with Tomato Aspic, Chili Sauce, Catsup or Salsa. Yield: 2 meat loaves
  • 6NOTE: If you don't have many at your table, you may want to freeze a loaf for ease on another day, or give one away to a friend in need of help with thier dinner.
