minced onion
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
dried sage
1 c
unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c
whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c
unprocessed oat bran

How to Make Meat Cakes


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Mix all ingredients together well.
  • 3Place 1/3 cup (2 ounces) mixture in each of 16 muffin cups.
  • 4Bake at 350 until done, about 1 hour.
  • 5Remove from muffin tins.
  • 6Serve hot or cold.
