Made these today, and they were sooo good. And sooo easy! Hubs loved them.There is nothing more comforting than a high class hotdog. Except maybe a high class hotdog covered in a salty, sweet, gooey sauce, served with a cold glass of Champers. Oh God yes. This really isn't a recipe, it's just too easy. Ingredients

  • - six really good pork sausages
  • - 3 tbsp marmalade (with bits in)
  • - french bread
  • - mustard/ketchup
  • - 1 chilled bottle of bubbly.

How To Make marmalade sausage dogs

  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 350°F. Smother marmalade all over your sausages. Throw 'em in the oven for about 30-45mins, or until they look like the above picture:Shake them around the pan, ensuring they're totally covered in their dark, sticky varnish.Slice open your bread and fill it to the brim with sticky salty sausagey goodness.Sauce.Serve.
