marinated spicy pork chops
I have been using this recipe for years, don't remember where I got it from. Best on pork chops and steaks. I am sure you will like it. It really is not that spicy, just a great flavor.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce (you can use low salt)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar (heaping)
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce or 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 4-6 - pork chops or 2 sirlion steaks cut in half
How To Make marinated spicy pork chops

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag refridgerate for 6 hours to 1 day. Longer the better.

Step 2Take out of fridge and cook how you like your meats. I grill or fry ontop stove till done. Throw away the marinade leftover in bag.
