Ingredients

  • 1
    pork roast stuffed with garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c
    good seasons italian dressing already made into dressing
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • dash(es)
    pepper
  • ·
    adolph's meat tenderizer
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    goya capers

How to Make Marinated Pork Roast

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the roast in a large ziplock bag and let it marinade overnite. Every once in a while move the marinade and rub the spices into the pork while in the bag.
  2. Cook covered in a pan with Reynolds Wrap in the oven until tender at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours depending on the size of your roast.
  3. Make sure it is not pink in the middle and cut into servings. Enjoy!
