Ingredients
- 1 - pork roast stuffed with garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup good seasons italian dressing already made into dressing
- 2-3 tablespoons dried thyme leaves
- 1-2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- dash pepper
- - adolph's meat tenderizer
- - garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon goya capers
How To Make marinated pork roast

Step 1Put the roast in a large ziplock bag and let it marinade overnite. Every once in a while move the marinade and rub the spices into the pork while in the bag.

Step 2Cook covered in a pan with Reynolds Wrap in the oven until tender at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours depending on the size of your roast.

Step 3Make sure it is not pink in the middle and cut into servings. Enjoy!
