    pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • pinch
  • pinch

  • 1 c
    tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ·
    cilantro, fresh and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    mint, fresh minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped

How to Make Marinated Pork Chops with Cilantro Salsa


  1. Trim fat from pork chops; place pork in glass or plastic dish.
  2. Mix oil, lime juice, chili powder and garlic; rub into both sides of pork, using back of spoon.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
  4. Prepare Cilantro - Mint Salsa - See recipe below.
  5. CILANTRO - MINT SALSA: Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl; cover and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Grill over medium coals for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
