Ingredients
- 4 - pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- SALSA INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
- - cilantro, fresh and chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint, fresh minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
How To Make marinated pork chops with cilantro salsa

Step 1Trim fat from pork chops; place pork in glass or plastic dish.

Step 2Mix oil, lime juice, chili powder and garlic; rub into both sides of pork, using back of spoon.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.

Step 4Prepare Cilantro - Mint Salsa - See recipe below.

Step 5CILANTRO - MINT SALSA: Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl; cover and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.

Step 6Grill over medium coals for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
