Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 3 inch piece ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 small shallot
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- PORK
- 1 10 oz pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon oil
- chives for garnish
How To Make marinated chinese roast pork

Step 1place the ginger, garlic and shallot in a food processor and puree. Add the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and tomato paste.

Step 2Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish or large baggie and add the marinade. Roll the pork around in the marinade and set in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.

Step 3Preheat oven 400 degrees. Remove the pork from the marinade. Sear the tenderloin in the oil over medium high heat. Add the marinade to the pan and place it in the oven and cook until pork is cooked through about 20 to 30 minutes. let rest for 15 minutes. Serve the pork with the sauce garnished with chives
