Ingredients
- - 6 boneless pork chops (about one inch thickness)
- - for the marinade:
- - 1 tsp. sugar
- - 1 tsp. vinegar
- - ½ tsp. dried oregano
- - ½ tsp. salt
- - ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- - 1 tsp. sesame oil
- - ½ tsp. garlic powder
- - 1 tsp. lime juice
How To Make marinated boneless pork chops

Step 1Place all of the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl and mix. Place the pork chops in a container; add the marinade and make sure each pork chop in covered with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to over night. Heat a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pork chops; do not over crowd the pan. Cook the pork chops about 4 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Do not overcook ….the pork will be very dry.
