    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • ·
    garlic salt to suit your taste.i use about 1 tablespoon
  • ·
    black pepper and accent to taste
  • ·
    pork; beef; or venison cut in cubes. about 2lbs

How to Make Marinade for Barbequed Pork Filipino style

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over cubed meat of your choice. marinate over night. You can either skewer the marinated meat and cook on your grill or leave in the marinate and broil in your oven stirring frquently until meat has lost its pink color. Serve with hot steamed rice.
