Ingredients
- 1 pound beef or pork cut to 1 inch cube
- 1 cup margarita mix
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 t teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 large green or red bell pepper
- 2 medium ears of corn
How To Make margarita kabobs

Step 1Combine margarita mix, coriander, and garlic. Place in heavy large plastic bag with meat.

Step 2marinade 1 hour or longer

Step 3blend butter, lime juice,sugar,and parsley together and set aside.

Step 4thread meat corn and peppers on skewers and grill over hot coals basting with the butter mixture 10 to 12 minutes turning frequently. DO NOT OVERCOOK
