beef or pork cut to 1 inch cube
1 c
margarita mix
1 tsp
ground coriander
1 clove
2 Tbsp
butter, softened
2 tsp
lime juice
1/2 t tsp
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1 large
green or red bell pepper
2 medium
ears of corn

How to Make Margarita Kabobs


  • 1Combine margarita mix, coriander, and garlic. Place in heavy large plastic bag with meat.
  • 2marinade 1 hour or longer
  • 3blend butter, lime juice,sugar,and parsley together and set aside.
  • 4thread meat corn and peppers on skewers and grill over hot coals basting with the butter mixture 10 to 12 minutes turning frequently. DO NOT OVERCOOK
