maple syrup ham with citrus and brown sugar glaze
My ex-husband said this ham recipe was better than the hams we had eaten at five-star restaurants in the past. I tweeked this recipe off the internet from a website called "I Heart Recipes by Rosie Alexander." I didn't have pineapple juice because I had used it in my Hawaiian dinner rolls, so I substituted it for the juice of an orange and a lime. Then I used maple syrup in place of honey.
