1Librally sprinkle pork with chili. Heat up fry pan when hot lightly coat with oil, let the oil heat and place the pork in the pan. DO NOT MOVE IT...let it brown and turn over to brown on the other side.
2Remove prok from pan add in pan orange juice and maple syrup, let it reduce a bit. Add pork back in, when sauce thickens so it coats the back of the spoon you are done!
