    pork loin
  • SAUCE

  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup or any syrup
  • 6 Tbsp
    yellow prepared mustard
  • 6 tsp
    soy sauce, dark
  • 1
    salt to taste
  • 1
    pepper to taste
  • 4 tsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • VEGETABLES

  • 6
    potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 pkg
    little baby carrots

How to Make Maple Mustard Pork Loin

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients and coat the pork loin. Prepare vegetables and arrange in pan around pork loin. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours until pork loin is done. This meal can be made in the crock pot and the time adjusted according to the size of the pork loin.
