Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork loin
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or any syrup
- 6 tablespoons yellow prepared mustard
- 6 teaspoons soy sauce, dark
- 1 - salt to taste
- 1 - pepper to taste
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- VEGETABLES
- 6 - potatoes (quartered)
- 1 package little baby carrots

Step 1Combine all ingredients and coat the pork loin. Prepare vegetables and arrange in pan around pork loin. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours until pork loin is done. This meal can be made in the crock pot and the time adjusted according to the size of the pork loin.
