This recipe is another most requested of my family and friends. I have taken these to potlucks, and are always loved. I usually triple the batch when making them.

Ingredients
- 14 - uncooked manicotti shells
- 1 pound bulk italian sausage
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - 3 ounces package cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
How To Make manicotti

Step 1Cook manicotti shells according to package. In a large skillet, cook sausage and beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Cool for 10 minutes.

Step 2Drain shells and rinse with cold water. Stir mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, italian seasoning and salt into meat mixture. Spread 2 cups spaghetti sauce in a greased 13 x 9 in. baking dish.

Step 3Stuff each shell with about 1/4 cup meat mixture; arrange over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Step 4Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minute. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until bubbly and heated through.
