- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges,drained
- 1 medium bell pepper,sliced

Step 1In a large skillet brown chops in oil on both sides; remove from pan. In skillet, add remaining ingredients except oranges and pepper; cook and stir until slightly thickened.Add pork chops; cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add oranges and bell pepper; cook for 5 more minutes.
