Ingredients
- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 1 large onion
- 1 pound ground pork (or more)
- 2 cans cream of tomato soup
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
How To Make mamazetti

Step 1Cook noodles and drain.

Step 2Saute onion in bacon fat. Add ground pork and simmer. Do not brown.

Step 3Mix together the meat mixture, noodles, tomato soup, stewed tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 4Put in a 13 X 9 baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
