I decided to try something different than the usual fried pork chops one night. My husband & kids loved this. I tried the same thing with chicken and didn't get the same raves.

  • 1 c
    diced sweet onion
  • 1
    diced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg
    fresh spinach
  • 6
    boneless pork chops, pounded thin
  • 1 pkg
    feta, (can be bought pre-crumbled)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Madeline's Stuffed Pork Chops


  1. Saute onion, green pepper in butter, when done, add fresh spinach.
  2. Flatten chops. Mix soup with sour cream & milk. Fold over chops and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place stuffed chops in pan, cover with soup mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
