This was very tasty. The pork chops had lots of flavor and was very tender.
You can use a crock pot or even bake in the oven if you wanted to.
Helpful Hint: I keep a box of spiced apple cider mix in the pantry for use instead of apple cider/juice in some of my recipes. This is for ease of use and always having some apple juice on hand

How to Make LPC Apples and Onion Pork Chops
- Bring to a boil and put on lid. Adjust temperature to a low steam and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on the thickness of the chops. About 1/2 hour before dinner add the chopped apples and a little water,if needed.
I like my pork chops very tender, fall off the bone type, so that is why I cook them so long.
You should have reduced the liquid by less than half.
So you will have a little liquid to spoon over chops, but not enough for extra gravy.
