Ingredients
- 6 large pork chops, boneless n cut a pocket
- 1 box pork flavrd stovetop stuffn mix...store brand is fine
- 3 slices bacon, choppd n cookd...save bacon grease
- 1/4 cup onion, choppd
- 1/4 cup celery, choppd
- 1 small apple, peeld n choppd...i had a pink lady so thats wat i used :)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, choppd
- - salt, blk pepper n garlic powder

Step 1MAKE STUFFING ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS N SET ASIDE. FRY OUT CHOPPD BACON N SET ASIDE...RESERVE GREASE. SAUTÉ ONIONS WITH CELERY FOR 2 MINUTES THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT.
