Ingredients
- 1 box ronzoni healthy harvest linguine
- 1/4 pound bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 1/3 cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage leaves, or to taste
- 1/2 pound baby spinach leaves
- - salt, to taste
- - freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- - grated parmesan cheese, to taste
How To Make linguine with bacon, baby spinach and sage

Step 1Cook pasta per package directions. Set aside.

Step 2While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon 4-5 minutes, or until desired crispness.

Step 3Add onion, and sauté 5-6 minutes, or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken stock and sage; simmer 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, and cook, until spinach just wilts. Salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 4Drain linguine, and toss with sauce, and serve, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
