Found this recipe on the package of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Linguine. Bacon--yum!

ronzoni healthy harvest linguine
1/4 lb
bacon, diced
1 medium
onion, diced
1 1/3 c
chicken stock
3 Tbsp
chopped fresh sage leaves, or to taste
1/2 lb
baby spinach leaves
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
grated parmesan cheese, to taste

How to Make Linguine with Bacon, Baby Spinach and Sage


  • 1Cook pasta per package directions. Set aside.
  • 2While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon 4-5 minutes, or until desired crispness.
  • 3Add onion, and sauté 5-6 minutes, or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken stock and sage; simmer 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, and cook, until spinach just wilts. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • 4Drain linguine, and toss with sauce, and serve, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
