Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1.5 cups pork tenderloin, cut in thin strips
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced with tops
  • 1.5 cups red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

How To Make linguine and pork stir-fry

  • Step 1
    Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Step 2
    In dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil; add remaining ingredients, except pork and linguine.
  • Step 3
    Stir-fry until tender.
  • Step 4
    Add meat and lightly stir-fry until cooked.
  • Step 5
    Add hot linguine; toss to mix.
  • Step 6
    Serve immediately.
