How to Make Lemonade Pork Chops
1In a mixing bowl, combine lemonade, catsup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and seasonings.
2Dredge the chops in the flour. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides.
3Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chops and bake, covered for 1 hour @ 375 degrees.
