This turns out juicy and tender with a great golden finish. This is also great marinade for chicken for the grille

  • 1/2 c
    frozen lemonade thawed
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh thyme leaves
  • PORK

  • 1
    boneless pork tenderloin

How to Make Lemonade Marinated BBQ Pork Tenderloin


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let completely cool down.
  2. Place the pork in the marinade and let marinate overnight. Set up the grill for indirect heat. Place an pan of water under the one side of the grille. Place the coals all around the pan of water.
  3. Once the grill is good and hot place the tenderloin over the pan of water. Close the lid and cook until inside temp reaches 145 degrees. Turning and basting with the marinade every 15 minutes. Depending on the size of the tenderloin cooking will 1 to 2 hours.
