Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup frozen lemonade thawed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- PORK
- 1 boneless pork tenderloin
How To Make lemonade marinated bbq pork tenderloin

Step 1Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let completely cool down.

Step 2Place the pork in the marinade and let marinate overnight. Set up the grill for indirect heat. Place an pan of water under the one side of the grille. Place the coals all around the pan of water.

Step 3Once the grill is good and hot place the tenderloin over the pan of water. Close the lid and cook until inside temp reaches 145 degrees. Turning and basting with the marinade every 15 minutes. Depending on the size of the tenderloin cooking will 1 to 2 hours.
