1Brown meat; add all seasonings, onion and paste. Simmer for 6 minutes.
2Mix cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese. On a large cookie sheet, press crescent rolls into 15 x 13 inch rectangle.
3Spoon half of the meat mixture onto the middle of the dough, leaving a border on the sides and enough dough at the top and the bottom to enclose ingredients like an envelope. Follow meat mixture with cheese mixture, then the other half of the meat mixture, placing slices of mozzarella cheese last. Enclose ingredients, pressing dough together.
4Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or til crust is golden brown. Serves 6
