larapin' meatloaf
I have made my meatloaf the same way for over 40 years.I thought I would mix it up a little this time & we love it even better.

Ingredients
- 1 pound deerburger or hamburger
- 1 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 - bellpepper, chopped
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup fiber one cereal, coarsely chopped in food processor (measure before chopping)
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes
- - montreal steak seasoning on top
- SAUCE:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
How To Make larapin' meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish or loaf pan.

Step 2Pat to form in the pan.

Step 3Sprinkle generously with Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, in 400° oven for about 40 minutes or until internal temperature is around 170°

Step 5Mix up the sauce & pour over meatloaf evenly.

Step 6Return to oven & bake another 25 minutes until it thickens.

Step 7Remove from oven & let rest for about 10 minutes to firm up.

Step 8Serve with any type of potatoes,& a fresh veggie
