So easy and yummy. I have friends over every year for a weekend and this dish is a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound american lamb
  • 1/2 pound mild sausage
  • pinch fennel
  • pinch cumin
  • pinch garam masala
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 package pillsbury grand biscuits

How To Make lamb runza

  • Step 1
    Clean lamb of fat (stew meat from lamb works well), cut into small bits.
  • Step 2
    Mix in sausage & spices (use the amount of spices you prefer) Salt & pepper can also be added.
  • Step 3
    Sauté meat mix
  • Step 4
    Add chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.
  • Step 5
    Separate & roll out each biscuit, place one rolled out biscuit into muffin tin.
  • Step 6
    Add scoop of meat mix into each biscuit and pinch off top.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 350 until brown.
