american lamb
1/2 lb
mild sausage
pinch
fennel
pinch
cumin
pinch
garam masala
pinch
garlic powder
1/2 c
chopped cabbage
1 pkg
pillsbury grand biscuits

How to Make Lamb Runza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Clean lamb of fat (stew meat from lamb works well), cut into small bits.
  • 2Mix in sausage & spices (use the amount of spices you prefer) Salt & pepper can also be added.
  • 3Sauté meat mix
  • 4Add chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.
  • 5Separate & roll out each biscuit, place one rolled out biscuit into muffin tin.
  • 6Add scoop of meat mix into each biscuit and pinch off top.
  • 7Bake at 350 until brown.
