How to Make Lamb Runza
- 1Clean lamb of fat (stew meat from lamb works well), cut into small bits.
- 2Mix in sausage & spices (use the amount of spices you prefer) Salt & pepper can also be added.
- 3Sauté meat mix
- 4Add chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.
- 5Separate & roll out each biscuit, place one rolled out biscuit into muffin tin.
- 6Add scoop of meat mix into each biscuit and pinch off top.
- 7Bake at 350 until brown.
