  • 1 lb
    american lamb
  • 1/2 lb
    mild sausage
  • pinch
  • pinch
  • pinch
    garam masala
  • pinch
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cabbage
  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury grand biscuits

How to Make Lamb Runza


  1. Clean lamb of fat (stew meat from lamb works well), cut into small bits.
  2. Mix in sausage & spices (use the amount of spices you prefer) Salt & pepper can also be added.
  3. Sauté meat mix
  4. Add chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.
  5. Separate & roll out each biscuit, place one rolled out biscuit into muffin tin.
  6. Add scoop of meat mix into each biscuit and pinch off top.
  7. Bake at 350 until brown.
