Ingredients
- 1 pound american lamb
- 1/2 pound mild sausage
- pinch fennel
- pinch cumin
- pinch garam masala
- pinch garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 package pillsbury grand biscuits
How To Make lamb runza

Step 1Clean lamb of fat (stew meat from lamb works well), cut into small bits.

Step 2Mix in sausage & spices (use the amount of spices you prefer) Salt & pepper can also be added.

Step 3Sauté meat mix

Step 4Add chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.

Step 5Separate & roll out each biscuit, place one rolled out biscuit into muffin tin.

Step 6Add scoop of meat mix into each biscuit and pinch off top.

Step 7Bake at 350 until brown.
