How to Make Lamb Runza
- Clean lamb of fat (stew meat from lamb works well), cut into small bits.
- Mix in sausage & spices (use the amount of spices you prefer) Salt & pepper can also be added.
- Sauté meat mix
- Add chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.
- Separate & roll out each biscuit, place one rolled out biscuit into muffin tin.
- Add scoop of meat mix into each biscuit and pinch off top.
- Bake at 350 until brown.
