This one is for my son, Kyler, who loves pizza. So easy, and takes a break from everyday pizza with all the flavor! Also happens to be game day!

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    italian pork sausage
  • 1 pkg
  • 1 medium
    jalepeno pepper, diced
  • 1-2
    green onions
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 can(s)
    crescent rolls
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3/4 can(s)
    pizza sauce
  • 1 medium
  • 1 can(s)
    black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    pizza seasoning

How to Make Ky's Pizza casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, brown hamburger, sausage, diced jalepeno & onion. As it starts to brown, add pepperoni & seasonings. Drain. In a medium bowl, add room temp cream cheese, pizza sauce & black olives.
  2. In a glass casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, spread 1 c. crescent roll. Sprinkle w 1/4 c. cheese. Add meat mixture. Top w cheese and any left over pepperoni. Cover w other can crescent roll. In a small bowl, whisk egg, brush top of casserole w egg wash. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 min, enjoy!
