Ingredients

1 - 20 oz can drained pineaplle chunks, reserve liquid
1-1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3 - carrots, sliced into 1/2" rounds
1 small green bell pepper, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 - boneless pork loin chops, 1" thick

How To Make kiss me sweet pork chops

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a shallow baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg saucepan, combine reserved pineapple liquid, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook, stirring for 5 mins. Add pineapple chunks, cook for 1 min. Remove from heat. In lg skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chops on both sides. Arrange chops in baking dish.
Step 3

Pour pineapple mix over chops. Cover w/ foil and bake for 30 mins.
