Here is another recipe which I created recently.

Ingredients

  • pound 3 pork butt,cut into cubes
  • large 2 onions,chopped
  • dash salt,pepper,paprika,garlic salt
  • small 4 potatoes,unpeeled,chopped
  • clove fresh garlic,crushed
  • package 4 brown gravy mix
  • bottle 1/2 water
  • bunch 1/2 head cabbage,shredded
  • small 1 broccoli,cleaned
  • bunch fresh or frozen,green beans
  • medium 2 ancho chili peppers,seeded & sliced
  • medium 4 carrots,peeled & shredded

How To Make kimberly's pork stew

  • Step 1
    Cube entire 3 pounds pork butt roast.
  • Step 2
    Heat cast iron large pot. Add garlic-oil tp pot and heat to medium.
  • Step 3
    After pork is cubed,add salt,pepper,paprika,garlic salt. Mix with wooden spoon and add mixture to hot cast iron pot.
  • Step 4
    Cook pork meat until brown. Add onions, and a little water at a time,until you have a nice broth.
  • Step 5
    Add 4 packets of Brown Gravy Mix and stir.
  • Step 6
    Add the rest of the fresh vegetables one at a time,and stir to mix all vegetables together.
  • Step 7
    You can add a little more water as necessary.
  • Step 8
    Put pot on back burner & let slow cook until 4 hours,and every now & then continue to mix & stir,until everything including meat is fork tender.
