- 1 package polska kielbasa
- 2 pounds head of red cabbage
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 - apples, granny smith
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- - ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
How To Make kielbasa with braised red cabbage

Step 1Slice kielbasa into 1 inch pieces, Core and chop the cabbage and peeled apples.

Step 2Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Stir in cabbage and onion, fry until wilted. Stir in apple and water , salt and pepper, Cover and simmer 25 minutes.

Step 3Pour vinegar and sugar into the mixture while tasting for desired sweet and sour taste,.Cook another 5-6 minutes.

Step 4In skillet, fry kielbasa until heated through . You can either combine it with the cabbage to serve, or serve separately.
