Awesome receipe. My kids have enjoyed this for years.

You can add more or less peas as well as Kielbasa, based on taste. My children actually like more kielbasa and cheese.

    1 can 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • ·
    1 lb. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3/4 c
    uncooked long grain rice
  • ·
    1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
  • ·
    1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Kielbasa Supper


  1. In a skillet, combine soup, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add kielbasa and rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and peas are heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until melted.
