Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 3/4-1 inch chunks
- 2 pounds sauerkraut in liquid, well drained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- kosher salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
How To Make kielbasa and sauerkraut

Step 1Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sausage, cooking until the onion is soft and the sausage is browned. Stir several times.
