How to Make Kickin' Pork Ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and set rack to lowest level. Best pan to use for this recipe is a dome roaster pan with rack insert. Add 1 cup water to bottom of pan
  2. In a Large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Rinse ribs and "be sure" to pat dry. Rub ribs ALL over with dry rub and place in roaster on rack. Cover pan with lid and place into oven. Cook for 2 hours and remove from oven. With a basting brush smooth on the bar-b-que sauce. Replace the lid and return to oven for 30 minutes. The MOST tender, juicy ribs ever....Enjoy!
