Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1-2 inch peices
- 1 - bell pepper, sliced
- 1 - onion , sliced
- 5-6 - potatoes, medium
- - american cheese ( i use kraft singles)
- - oil for frying
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4-1/2 cup oil for frying
How To Make kat's smoked sausage & potatoes

Step 1Peel potatoes and cut into 1/8 to 1/4 inch rounds, add oil to skillet, heat then slowly add potatoes, cook for 10 minutes, add sausage, peppers, onions and cook for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Place cheese on top covering all potatoes, let melt before serving.

Step 2*** NOTE*** You can do this in the oven, just get everything cut, spray or grease a baking dish add everything, cover with foil, cook 45 minutes at 350 or until potatoes are tender, remove and add cheese.
