- 1pc. - boston butt, defrosted. (about 3 lb)
- 10 tablespoons smoked oil
- - salt to taste

How To Make kalua pork

Step 1Place fully defrosted boston butt in a pressure cooker. Pour in smoked oil.Add water according to your pressure cooker requirements. Pressure cook for about 30 minutes.

Step 2After removing pressure, shredd pork with 2 forks. Salt to taste. Serve over rice.
