- Separate meat into 6 equal portions. 2 pieces per patty.
- Create a indent on one patty and place desired amount of cheese and pepper.. Seal with other patty making sure seal is completely closed. This step is very important as you will have cheese oozing out if not careful.
- Pan fry on high on both sides until brown. Finish off in the oven @ 350 degrees to cook through for about 10 mins. Cooking times vary depending on how you prefer your burger cooked.
