Jazzed BLT Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slicebacon, or turkey bacon, cut in half for easy cooking and handling
-
1 sliceprovolone cheese (i used two small pieces sliced from a deli chunk)

1/4 cfresh baby spinach leaves
-
4cherry tomatoes cut in half
-
1 pinchalfalfa sprouts
-
1 Tbsphorseradish sauce
-
2 slicewheat or whole grain bread
How to Make Jazzed BLT Sandwich
- Toast the 2 slices of bread and set aside. Cook the bacon until crispy ( I place mine on microwavable plate with paper towel and cook for 2-3 minutes and it comes out perfect). Gather the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the horseradish sauce on the top piece of bread. Place the pinch of sprouts and the tomatoes on top so they stick to the sauce. Place spinach, cheese and bacon. Place the last piece of toast on top and invert it onto a plate. Slice and serve with your favorite side.
