- 1 pound cubed pork stew meat
- - flour for dredging seasoned
- 1 small onions chopped
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/3 cup rum
- - a little roux to thicken
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 4 ounces peas
- 4 - servings cooked rice

Step 1Dredge pork in flour, Saute 10 min. Add the remaining Ingrediants. Simmer 25 to 30 min at a low heat. Place over cooked rice. ENJOY
