How to Make Jack's Baby Backs

  1. Dry rub cayenne pepper to taste on ribs.
  2. Cook on charcoal grill, can be gas, (but tastes different) until ribs become flexible when you lift them in the center.
  3. Add BBQ sauce to ribs and repeat on other side. I prefer a plain mild sauce.
  4. Last step, drizzle molasses and brush on the ribs. Be careful to watch, will burn very fast. Sprinkle brown sugar into sauce and molasses and let it melt into the sauce.
