- 4 pounds pork sausage , your fav
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make italian sausage

Step 1Mix together everything in a large bowl. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for a day or 2 to let the flavors blend. I usually separate mine into 1 lb portions and freeze. Use in all your favorite Italian dishes. If you like yours a little spicy you can add red pepper flakes.
