Ingredients

2 cshort pasta, cooked and drained

2colored bell peppers, chopped or thin slices

1/2onion, chopped

1-2cloves garlic

1 lbground italian sausage

3 Tbspdijon mustard

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

3 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1/4 colive oil

1 Tbspdried oregano

How to Make Italian Sausage Pasta with Mustard Vinaigrette
- In skillet brown sausage, peppers and onions, when done grate in garlic, cook about 1 minute longer. In a bowl whisk together mustard, both vinegars, olive oil and oregano. Combine cooked pasta, sausage mixture and musard together. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
