- 4 links italian sausages, casings removed
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Step 3Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper
