  Peel and boil 4 lrg halved potatoes just to AL Dente

  Also boil Italian sausages in separate pot until done

  Cut up onion and bell pepper in strips adding about 1 tbs of butter to pan to sautee

  drain potatoes when able to handle cut them to mimic chips but a little thicker

  cut sausages in bite size pieces

  add everything to sautee veggies add remaining butter cook a about 5 minutes then add to 350 degree oven for 30 min until potatoes and sausages are a little crispy
