Ingredients

How to Make Italian Sausage and potato

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and boil 4 lrg halved potatoes just to AL Dente
  2. Also boil Italian sausages in separate pot until done
  3. Cut up onion and bell pepper in strips adding about 1 tbs of butter to pan to sautee
  4. drain potatoes when able to handle cut them to mimic chips but a little thicker
  5. cut sausages in bite size pieces
  6. add everything to sautee veggies add remaining butter cook a about 5 minutes then add to 350 degree oven for 30 min until potatoes and sausages are a little crispy
