Italian Pulled-Pork Sandwiches
1/2 cchopped onion
2 lbboneless pork shoulder roast or boston butt roast, trimmed of fat, cut into 2" slices
4 1/2 ozsliced mushrooms, drained
1 Tbspdried minced garlic
1 tspitalian seasoning
19 oztomato basil soup (progresso)
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
2 mediumtomatoes, sliced
12hamburger buns, split
How to Make Italian Pulled-Pork Sandwiches
- Spray 3-1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, place onion; top with pork and remaining ingredients except tomatoes and buns.
- Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 - 9 hours.
- Remove pork from cooker to cutting board with slotted spoon. Shred pork with 2 forks; return to cooker and mix well. Place tomatoes on bottoms of buns. Using slotted spoon, add 1/3 cup pork over tomatoes; top with tops of buns.
