I actually have another slow cooker pork recipe that I love, but it's results haven't been consistent. THIS ONE, though, came out tender and juicy and tasty. And my husband made it for me, so I didn't have to do a thing! Thanks again, Pillsbury website!
1Spray 3-1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, place onion; top with pork and remaining ingredients except tomatoes and buns.
2Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 - 9 hours.
3Remove pork from cooker to cutting board with slotted spoon. Shred pork with 2 forks; return to cooker and mix well. Place tomatoes on bottoms of buns. Using slotted spoon, add 1/3 cup pork over tomatoes; top with tops of buns.
