Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage sliced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 3 cups color veggie pasta
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans 14 oz each chicken broth
- 15 ounces water
- 1 can 15 oz cannellini beans, drained
- 1 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make sausage

Step 1Cook sausage, onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add the broth , water, cannelloni beans, stewed tomatoes, and the oil.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 8 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat.

Step 3Stir in spinach, cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with the cheese.

Step 4NOTE: you can use any green veggie instead of the spinach!
