Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orengano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small clove..minced
- 3 tablespoons snipped parsley
- 2 pounds very lean ground beef
- 8 - thin slices boiled deli ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
- 3 - squares sliced mozzerella cheese..halved diagonally
How To Make italian meatloaf

Step 1Combine 1st 8 ingredients.Stir into ground beef;mixing well. On foil,pat meat to a 10"x12" rectangle. Arrange ham slices on top of meat,leaving a margin along edge. Sprinkle shredded cheese over ham.

Step 2Start from the short end carefully,roll up meat,using foil to lift. Seal edges And ends well.Place seam side down in a 9"x13" baking pan.

Step 3Bake 1 hour then place the cheese wedges over top of roll..Return to oven 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
