Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound italian pork sausage
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 - egg
- 6-8 slices mozzarella cheese
How To Make italian meatloaf

Step 1beat egg and milk together, stir in spaghetti sauce (1/2 cup)

Step 2In very large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together.

Step 3Form into a loaf. I make a round loaf that fits into my microwave. Then take my round baking dish and put it in an oven bag to keep my microwave clean.

Step 4Bake on high 10 minutes.

Step 5Rotate and bake another 10-15 minutes til done.

Step 6Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and melt Mozzarella cheese on top of wedge slices.
