Serve with remaining Spaghetti sauce. This meatloaf goes great with a side of pasta.

  • 1 lb
  • 1 lb
    italian pork sausage
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 small
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic minced
  • 1
  • 6-8 slice
    mozzarella cheese

How to Make Italian Meatloaf


  1. beat egg and milk together,
    stir in spaghetti sauce (1/2 cup)
  2. In very large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together.
  3. Form into a loaf. I make a round loaf that fits into my microwave. Then take my round baking dish and put it in an oven bag to keep my microwave clean.
  4. Bake on high 10 minutes.
  5. Rotate and bake another 10-15 minutes til done.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and melt Mozzarella cheese on top of wedge slices.
