I love making Italian inspired dishes. This meatloaf is more like a giant meatball and would do well with a pasta dish at it's side.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound lean mild italian sausage
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, seasoned or plain
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash or likeness
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make italian meatloaf

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350, work the eggs and breadcrumbs into the meat, then add the seasonings to taste (my measurements are just a guide). Form what will look like an oblong 2 lb meatball. Set it into a 13x9 baking pan (I use Pyrex) and slide it into the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is cooked through.
