  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk, whole
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pork chops, boneless

How To Make italian breaded pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
  • Step 2
    In a separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
  • Step 3
    Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Dip each pork chop into the egg/milk mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.

    Place coated pork chops in the skillet and brown for about 5 minutes on each side.
