- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk, whole
- 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pork chops, boneless

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.

Step 2In a separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.

Step 3Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Dip each pork chop into the egg/milk mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.

Step 4Place coated pork chops in the skillet and brown for about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 5Place the skillet and pork chops in the preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
