    italian sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces (19-oz)
  • 1
    medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce (15-oz)
  • 1/2 c
    frozen corn
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c
    cooked rice

How to Make Inside out stuffed bell peppers


  1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and peppers until sausage is browned.
  2. Add tomato sauce, corn and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked.
  5. Serve over hot rice.
